How do I report a problem with my computer?
Although our technical support may have some knowledge on various computer models and builds, it is best to contact customer service of your computer brand or the store where you originally purchased your computer.
The website is loading slowly, what can I do to make it faster?
At minimum, a 56K connection is required to view our site. However, it's even better if you have a fast internet connection such as cable, DSL, or FiOS, as the site's text and images will load much faster. Also, having too many programs open on your computer at the same time can slow down your computer, causing the website to load slowly.
I'm creating a new account, but when I type in the security code it doesn't work. What should I do?
We require a security code when you create an account to prevent robots from making accounts. Also, the security codes are not case-sensitive, meaning if you see an "R" you can enter it as either "r" or "R".
